My thoughts about the service from OPSUCA are extremely positive, and I attribute my positive outlook to the service I receive from the staff. I do not believe anyone could get a better deal, financially, in an unemployment account. The people I talk to when I call the OSSBA/OPSUCA office are always polite, courteous, and helpful. The customer service displayed by the Director and her staff is outstanding. This makes all the difference in the world to me and my district.
