Unemployment Claims Review, Response & Protest

OPSUCA will become the address of record for all of your correspondence with the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (OESC). Unemployment claims filed by former (or possibly current) employees will be reviewed to determine if the employee is legally entitled to unemployment benefits under Oklahoma law.

All protests of claims and any appeals will be handled by the OPSUCA attorney through the appropriate process, including personal representation in hearings before the OESC and in writing before the Board of Review, when necessary.
