OPSUCA Staff
Jessica Sherrill serves as the Director of OPSUCA. She is an Oklahoma licensed attorney who also serves as a Staff Attorney for OSSBA. As Director, Jessica oversees the entire program, but focuses on representing schools before the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (OESC). Jessica corresponds with the OESC on schools’ behalf and represents schools in protests of unemployment claims, as well as telephone appeals and appeals to the Board of Review. Jessica also provides training on OPSUCA and the unemployment claims process.
Donna Clifford-Jones assists Jessica as the Administrative Assistant to OPSUCA and assists in many areas of claims management.
Martha Stewart is the Chief Financial Officer of OPSUCA. Martha is a Certified Public Accountant who also serves as the CFO for OSSBA. Martha manages each school’s account, makes payments to the OESC on schools’ behalf, and manages all financial aspects of the OPSUCA program.
Jullie Stokes assists Martha with many aspects of the accounting functions of the program, as well as corresponds with schools regarding quarterly statements and OPSUCA invoices.
Kelly Ross serves as the clerk for OPSUCA. Kelly also helps produce the “OPSUCA News” quarterly newsletter and podcasts.
